My puppy has dry, peeling skin after his first bath. Is this normal?

My puppy seems like his skin is blistering or shedding and there’s like dry patches everywhere on him after the first bath a few days ago? What’s going on? Is it something I should be worried ? Pet's info: Dog | Bulldog | Male | unneutered | 1 month and 14 days old | 30 lbs
