My cat drinks milk daily and is fine. Is it safe to keep giving it?

My cat loves to drink milk so I give him half a cup of milk daily. I have recently read that milk causes diarrhoea in cats but my cat seems to be just fine. Should I still stop giving him milk ? Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Male | unneutered | 1 year and 5 months old | 5 lbs

Hi, thanks for using PetCoach! Actually most adult cats and dogs are lactose intolerant. In some cats milk or dairy products can cause vomit or diarrhea. But others tolerate it. My opinion is if Jhumru doesn't get sick from milk then there is no reason to stop, but watch for any signs of an upset stomach.
