Hi, thanks for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach! It can take 3 years for St. Bernards to reach their full size. Females tend to be 26-28 inches at the shoulder and weigh 120-140 pounds. Be very careful with supplementing large dogs it can lead to joint abnormalities, panosteitis or HOD. She should eat a high quality large breed puppy food. There is enough nutrients for proper growth. The final size of a dog, just like a person, is controlled by genetics as well as environmental factors. Genetics is complicated and can not be controlled as much as we wish we could. Just hope for a healthy long life for Sherry. I hope this helps and I wish you and Sherry the very best!
