Why do my Chihuahuas keep peeing on the couch after going outside?

I have 2 middle-age boy neutered Chihuahuas. House-broken for years. When it was really cold this winter, they didn't want to pee outside and started bad habit of peeing inside on my couch and won't stop now that it's warmer outside. They are put outside about 10 times each day and pee outside, but then come back inside and sneak-pee on the couch too. How can I stop this? Pet's info: Dog | Chihuahua | Male | neutered | 7 lbs

You will have to treat then as puppies again. Keep them kenneled when not being watched and do not let them on the couch anymore. When they go outside make sure you praise them and reward them to reinforce the behavior
