Why is my 10-week puppy not eating and throwing up white foam?

Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Small (up to 22lb) | Male | 13 lbs

Hi, my 10 week old puppy has barely eaten. I got him a couple days ago and he has drank water and ate a little bit of food but he started throwing up white foam and won’t eat all all please help

I'm sorry to hear that Melow isn't eating well for you. It is normal for a puppy not to eat a lot the first day in a new home. It can be a stressful transition. However, it is abnormal for the lack of appetite to last several days. The vomiting is not normal either. Melow need to see a veterinarian. He is so young, I worry about him becoming dehydrated. Even if he is drinking some, it is likely less than if he was eating normally. He may require fecal testing and deworming or more aggressive care depending on his exam findings. Do your best to encourage him to eat and drink. You can add warm water to his dry kibble. Some dogs like canned food warmed up a bit as well. Change the water frequently and continue to offer it to him. Good luck and I hope Melow is feeling better soon!
