My puppy is sick after boarding. What's wrong and what should I do?

Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Male | unneutered | 4 months and 6 days old

I had to put Ghost in a dogs farm for a couple of days He came with his eye looking like this _i'll put a picture_ And he is not drinking any water Not eating alot There's somekind of worms on his skin (i took him to the vet and worms is gone now) but there's alot of red spots on his skin He is so scared from anything Suddenly i see him shaking And urinating and pooping without having any control on himself He is tired all the time What's wrong with him !?? And what should i do ?

It sounds like poor Ghost has a lot going on. I would be concerned that he contracted an infectious disease of some sort while away. Because of his age I would be most concerned about intestinal parasites or parvovirus. I would recommend taking your puppy back to the vet to be examined since his symptoms are getting worse.
