My dog has crusty eyes, sneezing, won't eat, and whines. What's wrong?

Hello. My mastiff had always had teary eyes. But the last couple days she has had crusty eyes and goopy eyes. She sneezes some and had more than normal wet nose. She didn't eat much at all this morning and she whined/ howled last night in her crate. Which she doesn't do normally. She has had two distemper/ parvo vaccines. She has been to the dogpark the last couple weeks. I'm worried she picked up a virus and I'm just hoping its allergies. I'm sorry Mia has been sick lately! It's certainly possible that she could have picked up a virus at the dog park, but it could also be allergies. I see that she is over four months of age, and that she has had two rounds of distemper/parvo vaccines. I'm not sure when she first started receiving those vaccines, as she may or may not need a third vaccine in order to be fully vaccinated. In that case, it's possible she could have gotten something very serious from the dog park such as distemper. The first symptoms of distemper include respiratory signs such as a watery discharge from the nose and eyes and loss of appetite. Given her age and the fact that I don't know her full vaccination status, I think it's best that she is seen by a vet right away to diagnose the cause of her symptoms so she can be treated. My recommendation is to take Mia into an ER vet or find a vet on call to see her now. Good luck!
