Hello, we recently noticed that our dog who's a 7 years old sheperd mix has a discolored penis that sometimes has discharge leaking from it and was wondering if the cause can be determined? Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Medium (23 - 60lb) | Male | neutered | 50 lbs

This can happen if he licks it a lot, bacterial infection can cause that and also a type of venereal cancer called Canine transmissible venereal tumor or Sticker sarcoma.
