My dog has yellow spots and won't stop licking. What should I do?

I am not able to appreciate yellow spots from the pictures. I do see some hair thinning, which could be from the cause of the licking or secondary to licking. Licking is often caused by irritation or itch. Common causes include fleas, ticks, mites, fungal infection, food allergies, etc. I would recommend that you have Wally checked out by a vet to get a diagnosis so that he can get some relief.
