My indoor puppy needs a Lepto vaccine. When and how many shots?

Is Lepto vaccine annually only? At how many weeks should I take him to get it so he only gets it once? He is an indoor pup. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Male | neutered | 1 month and 15 days old | 13 lbs

That would depend on the brand of the vaccine but generally speaking it is done once a year, a part from the the first time that is usually repeated two times. He can have it at 9 weeks (first shot) which can be repeated at 12 weeks of age and then at 1 year.
