My dog has come into the room trying to get something off her face. And had blood on paws and mouth. Looks like a cut on her gums. What do i do??

I'm sorry to hear about Sooky's injury. If the bleeding has stopped, you can clean the area gently with a clean washcloth to remove any dirt and dried on blood. Preventing her from pawing at or licking the wound (if possible) with an Elizabethan (cone) collar can help the area to heal. If she is bleeding profusely, there is something stuck in her mouth, throat, or on her face, or the bleeding is not stopping on its own, then it is best to seek veterinary care immediately to rule out any more serious injury and get the bleeding stopped.
