How can I help my old dog move better and live a longer life?

My dog is old. How can i enlongate/expand the life of my dog. Or just to get her moving. Pet's info: Dog | Maltese | Female

If Dogz is having problems moving, then I would recommend having your veterinarian examine her to determine if she is having joint problems that may benefit from pain medication.
