My dog came home injured. Why is she losing weight and has raw spots?

My min pin has been running off and came home with a bruise on her abdomen. Now she has lost weight, has a red spot on her lower stomach and in the creases of her hind legs that looks raw, she yelps if you touch her by surprise, and has lost a little hair on her nose. She is still eating, and voiding, but losing weight. Last night I saw a raw spot near the tip of her right ear. Please help! Based on what you are describing I would be concerned that Jessie was injured at one point when she ran off. Usually this is from a fight with another dog or from being hit by a car. I would recommend taking Jessie in to your vet to be examined. She may also need X-rays to rule out any fractures.
