My cat's spay incision looks bad, stitches out. What should I do?

Pet's info: Cat | Domestic Shorthair | Female | spayed | 5 months and 15 days old | 2 lbs

is this stitches healing good she got spayed two weeks ago amd pulled out the stitches twice now I am give her treatment of salt water and putting on betadine with the bandage what else can I do can't afford anymore vet bills this is the same as the first question u said the picture is fage this is the best I cab do

If Tinkerbell is not on antibiotics I would recommend calling your vet to see if they can prescribe some. If the incision is closed (it looks closed based on the pictures) then it may just take time for the swelling and inflammation to go down. Continue cleaning it twice daily and don’t allow Tinkerbell to lick at the incision. If the incision appears open then you will most likely have to take Tinkerbell back to the vet for a surgical repair. I hope this helps.
