Hi ! Thank you for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach. Guinea pigs don’t need any vaccinations but it’s a good idea to take them to see your vet for yearly check ups, to monitor weight, teeth, claws, skin, feeding routines etc. Also find details of a good exotic vet where you could take them for any particular condition that your vet might not be able to treat or advise you on. In general Guinea pigs have only a few health issues if compared to other animal species. Hope this helps !
