My dog shows nausea signs, eats grass, and has bloody stool. Vet?

Question

my 4 year old boxer mix keeps gulping/swallowing a lot and he keeps licking the floor. He also keeps making a snoring sound even when he’s awake. I’m took him outside and all he did was eat grass. About two days ago, he had bloody stool. I’m not sure what is wrong with him and I don’t know if I should take him to the vet or not. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Large (61lb +) | Male | neutered | 4 years and 11 months old | 64 lbs
