I cannot see a worm in your dog's poop, but if you suspect that Tibet may have worms you can either take a stool sample to your vet and have it checked for worm eggs or you can get some dog wormer and worm him according to his weight, I am not familiar with Macedonian law, it may only be possible to get a wormer from your veterinarian.
