My Chihuahua ate drugs. Can Benadryl or milk calm her without a vet?

Updated On September 23rd, 2025

Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Small (up to 22lb) | Female | unspayed | 6 years and 3 months old | 12 lbs

What if I think my Chihuahua got ahold of some crystal meth, and i cant take her to a vet? What can or should i give her to help calm her down.? Benadryl, warm milk? Do either of these work?

Milk can help, but only so much. Depending on how much she got (and it doesn’t take much for a dog this size), Sammy could easily die. She really needs to get to a vet to get some acepromazine injections. Best of luck to you and Sammy.
