What cream can I use for my dog's open lip wound and body sores?

Pet's info: Dog | Jack Russell Terrier | Male | neutered | 11 years and 1 month old | 37 lbs

My dog has what looks like an open wound on the side of his lip going up his jaw line. His skin looks like when u have a blister on the back of your foot It and it just popped. He has been on antibiotics in the bast Bc of glee soars all over his body. What kind of cream do I use on him ?

There is no cream recommend to be put in a spot near his lip since he will just lick it off. If there are sores on his body you can alternate antibiotic cream such as neosporin with cortisone cream. You can also give him a good bath to help the skin. I would have the spot on the jaw line checked to make sure there is no growth that may be cancer or no immune mediated skin problem as these may need a biopsy or or oral medication to clear
