What to do if my dog's back paw pads are swollen for a week?

Hi there, my dog's 2 large pads have been swollen for about a week now(just the back pads). It bothered her a lot the first day, but the next day she was running around like normal. It is still swollen but only seems to bother her whenI touch them.
