Hi, thanks for using PetCoach! No, German Shepherds are NOT banned in the US. I work in PA and we see multiple shepherds per day. It says at the bottom of your attached picture that they are referring to to FL. Different states have different laws, but they are usually just regulations or even labels not bans per se. I would contact your local municipalities to find out the local breed regulations in your area. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Breed-specific_legislation Hope this helps!
