Pet's info: Cat | American Shorthair | Male | neutered | 8 lbs
I have 2 cats, one is a year old and about 14 pounds, the other is about 5 months old and about 8 pounds, both are boys and fixed, the kitten was fixed about 2 weeks ago, he is a little wild fella, but rides the big one on his back and bites him like he is trying to mate with him, and the big cat won't fight him back, he just tells for him to leave him alone, I'm worried.... Is this something he will grow out of it what... Thank you, Debbie

Once all the male hormones have left the younger one's body, this should stop. It sometimes takes a few weeks (3+) for all the male hormones to go. Now that the younger one has no more testicles, there will not be any significant testosterone production anymore. Your older fellow is a sweetie and obviously not too worried and might see it just as play. As long as they do not have serious fights, I would not worry about it.
