My dog threw up partially digested food hours after eating. Is it serious?

My dog lizzie puked out partially digested food last night (photo attached) 4 hrs after we fed her. She was given boiled rice and eggs which she loves. This is the second time something like this has happened. There was no blood in the vomit though. Should I be worried?? Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Medium (23 - 60lb) | Female | spayed | 30 lbs

I'm sorry Lizzie has been vomiting. Assuming she is acting normal otherwise, I would recommend holding her off of food for 24hrs. Be sure to provide her with plenty of fresh water so she does not become dehydrated. Hopefully resting her GI tract for a period of time. If she starts acting ill or continues to vomit, she will need to be seen by her veterinarian. I hope this information helps. Good luck to you and Lizzie!
