Why is my 1-month-old puppy not eating, breathing hard, white gums?

Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Male | unneutered | 1 month and 6 days old | 1lb

My one month old boy puppy Bug has not been eating from mom or wet food. He seems to be having trouble breathing . His gums are white . I went and got baby formula with Iron in it to help but it doesnt seem like its doing anything . i wonder if he has something in this throat i dont have the money to get to a vet. please help him

Hello, sorry to hear about Bug. It is difficult to tell what could be going on from your description but likely associated causes could include infections with viral diseases such as parvo, congenital abnormalities such as an abnormal heart or a liver shunt, problems with his bone marrow, or even a low blood sugar. This could require further evaluation by your veterinarian. In the interim, a simple thing to try now is to rub Karo Syrup on his gums to treat for low blood sugar. If this helps, then you should feed Bug more often. If it makes no change, then he should be evaluated immediately. Hope this helps and best of luck.
