Why is my dog shaking and panting? I just started making her food I bowl chicken, carrots, peas, and broccoli in no sodium chicken broth mixed with water. Could any of this be a problem. Pet's info: Dog | Shih Tzu | Female | unspayed | 2 years and 4 months old | 11 lbs

This is a quite generic but concerning sign. Differentials are many, from gastrointestinal diseases (infection/inflammations often dietary related) to any disease that can spread systemically (causing lethargy for example) like infection, and anything that can cause pain/discomfort.
