Pup of five weeks old got a bald patch over his eyelid he's in great health it's not bothering him and no sign of infection

This does not look too dramatic, however I would observe the bald spot. If it enlarges or if other bald spots appear, then this may be ringworm which would need to be treated by a vet. Should crusts appear or the skin start to look scaly around the eye(s) your dog may be suffering from demodex mites, which nowadays is easily treated, if necessary.

Poor ozzy! This is quite strange looking. I would ensure that the vet has scrapes to look for mites and sent off a culture for ringworm. Also know that the skin scrape isn't 100% so if it is negative it doesn't rule it out completely. The step would likely be to try some medications to treat bacterial or fungal infection or mange. The best option would be to have a biopsied done before starting a trial of medicine so you will have a diagnosis. I hope he starts to feel better!
