My puppy isn't gaining weight. Should I deworm him for worms?

I got a puppy 2 days ago he eats really good but isn't getting much bigger he hasn't been dewormed should I deworm him?

Dre is so cute! Yes, he should definitely be dewormed, young puppies need it monthly because worms are very common. In this case, give him a deworming treatment now and another in two weeks to kill any worms he may have. Then deworm him monthly until he is six months old, after which he should be dewormed every three months. Deworming medications I recommend include Panacur and Drontal. I hope this helps!
