My 4-week-old puppy won't eat milk replacer. Should I worry?

Pet's info: Dog | Blue Heeler | Female | unspayed | 1 month and 3 days old

My pup is four n half weeks yes she young but cause her momma couldn't nurse her anymore. I have been given her milk replacer and smashing so puppy chow into some groul. And she been eating just fine. Well today she hasn't really wanted anything to do with either of them she ate her milk this morning at like 7:30 am but hasn't wanted much to do with either the group or anymore milk since?? Should I be concerned?

It sounds like you are doing a great job with Luna so far! I would first make sure that she has pooped today. If she has not this can lead to an ‘overfull’ feeling and make her not want to eat. If she has pooped and is still refusing food for more than 24 hours then I would recommend taking her in to be examined by your veterinarian to ensure nothing is wrong. I hope this helps.
