My dog goes into a trance when lying on her back. Is it normal?

My springer spaniel who is 5 sometimes when lay on her back goes into a mini trance where we have to shout her..no fit or signs is this an issue? Pet's info: Dog | English Springer Spaniel | Female | 4 years and 3 months old
