My dog's plastic cone has poop on it. How do I get the bad smell out?

So Luna was wearing a plastic cone and she got feces on it. I have another cone so she's wearing that one now. Anyway I washed it twice with soap, and used rubbing alcohol to disinfect but it still smells pretty bad. How can I get it clean? Pet's info: Cat | Domestic Shorthair | Female | spayed | 1 year old | 8.2 lbs

If you use a solution of white vinegar, baking soda and water and soak the e-collar in the solution for a few hours, it should take the smell away. Use even portions of white vinegar and water and add in a few table spoons of baking soda. I hope this helps!
