My cat went missing after moving. How can I find him and bring him back?

Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Male | unneutered
.moved into a new flat on 28th feb and bagpuss disappeard the next day and has not been since, have visited old flat daiky but no sign of him. will he return or do i fear the worst

Thanks for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach! I am so very sorry to hear that he is lost. It is not unusual for a cat to come back home and they are good tracing back their way home. If he has a microchip you can check if he has been found at any of the local shelters. I am hopeful that he will come back. I will keep praying for his return. Good luck!

Cats are really good at hiding when they are scared. Look in closets and cabinets, top of book cases. Since he doesn’t know your house and area I would not expect him to come back if he did escape. However, you may want to look in the bushes around your house and several neighbors. If he is microchipped then call the company and alert that he is missing and update all contact information.
