My puppy has vomiting, diarrhea, and bloody stool. Is it an emergency?

My puppy 4 months old Labrador He is suffering from vomiting and loose motion... Yesterday he has bleeding in stool... It is around 7 days that he is getting DNS & 2 more fluid.. i am worried what should i do...

It seems as Scooby is suffering from a gastrointestinal condition, possibly an infection. it could also be due to ingestion of a foreign body material. i would recommend taking him to the vet the first chance you get, he will need to be checked first, if the vet thinks it's a simple gastrointestinal infection he will need an anti vomiting injection, antibiotics and a special food for a few days in order to get better. if the vet thinks it is more serious he will need a blood test and possibly an ultrasound in order to find out what is wrong.

    It's very concerning that Hank has both vomiting and diarrhea, and now his diarrhea has blood in it. This is very serious, and since he's barely been drinking, I wouldn't be surprised if he was quite dehydrated. This cannot be treated at home, you need to take him into a vet now.
