My puppy was bitten by mom, injured, in pain, not eating. What to do?

My 4 week old puppy was bitten by the mama dog. She has a puncture wound on the top of her head, and a gash over her left eye. I cleaned the wounds, stopped the bleeding, & applied neosporin. She cries out in pain & won't eat or drink anything. We've even tried bottle feeding even tho she's almost completely weened. What can we do to get her thru this? From the sound of it, she is severely injured and is probably in great pain as well, you will need to take her to the vet, she will probably need an antibiotic course and possibly some pain killers as well.
