Is my baby allergic to our new dog? She's sneezing with runny nose.

I recently rescued a Lab Retriever mix and I think my ten month daughter may be allergic. Is this possible? Shes been sneezing and runny nose. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Medium (23 - 60lb) | Female | spayed | 58 lbs

It is certainly possible, but that would be more of a question for a pediatrician than a veterinarian. I know this time of year also tends to have a lot of environmental pollen which the dog may be carrying on her coat. I would encourage you to wipe your dog down with a wet wash cloth daily and contact your pediatrician if your daughter continues to have problems. Best of luck and thank you for using Pet Coach.
