My 6-week puppy is whining and shaking ears. Is it an ear infection?

My 6 week old puppy started really whining today and wants nothing but to be cuddled. He started shaking his ears back and forth and then I saw this on the inside of his ear flap. It’s too late to go to the vet tonight. Could you advise what this might be? Pet's info: Dog | Saluki | Male | unneutered | 9 lbs

I recommend that you have Bear evaluated by your veterinarian for further assessment and treatment. Your veterinarian would be able to check what type of infection is present and treat accordingly.
