My dog is foaming at the mouth after a worming tablet. Is this normal?

Hi I've just given jasmine a Drontal chewy worming tablet and she was foaming at the mouth within a minute of it, when I say foam I mean a santa beard the other half she spat out Is this a reaction to the taste ? I'm amazed if it is as I thought they were made to appeal and I have seen her eat some disgusting things in her life lol She's absolutely fine in every other way and there's no vomiting. Pet's info: Dog | Pug | Female | spayed | 7 years and 7 months old | 14.5 lbs
