What's causing my cow's leg skin condition and what should I do?

Please help. My cow developed some skin condition at its left leg. What can it be? What should be done . Am from andhra Pradesh, India. Thank you.

This could be a mite infection or a bacterial skin infection. It would be best to have a veterinary doctor examine your cow's foot. Unfortunately it is not possible to diagnose a skin disease from a photo.
