Why does my cat have bumps, fur loss, and a bloody spot? Is it ringworm?

Hi I have a 10 month old cat. I had felt some bumps under her coat this morning I saw she had fur missing at the same spot and it was a little bloody. I was wondering if it could be ringworm. Here are some pics I took. I hope you can tell me what it is. Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Female | unspayed | 5 lbs

I am so sorry but the picture is too out of focus to see exactly what it is. It can be a bacterial infection but it absolutely can be ringworm.
