Why does my cat have bumps, fur loss, and a bloody spot? Is it ringworm?

Hi I have a 10 month old cat. I had felt some bumps under her coat this morning I saw she had fur missing at the same spot and it was a little bloody. I was wondering if it could be ringworm. Here are some pics I took. I hope you can tell me what it is.

I am so sorry but the picture is too out of focus to see exactly what it is. It can be a bacterial infection but it absolutely can be ringworm. Your veterinarian will be able to let you know which one it most likely is and go over treatment options with you. Thank you for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach.
