My dog has a red spot, but it doesn't seem to bother her. What is it?

I just noticed this red spot on my dog and I was wondering what it is? She doesn't seem to be irritated or hurt by it. Pet's info: Dog | Shih Tzu | Female | spayed | 11 months and 2 days old | 18 lbs

Thank you for providing a picture of Rosie's wound. It looks like she could have injured herself, leading to this red spot. I would gently clean it with warm water and antiseptic soap. Keep an eye on it, and if it gets bigger, becomes swollen, warm to the touch, or there's pus, I would take her into the vet to get treated. Best of luck, I hope this helps!
