Why is my dog sick, not eating, and shivering after normal vet tests?

Took my dog to the vet and ran test to find out what's wrong with him all the tests were good but he won't drink or eat and just lays there peeing on himself he acts like he's shrivering

It sounds like your dog may be sick, and even though the diagnostics did not show much, there may still be something going on with him and additional diagnostics should be considered. These may include an abdominal ultrasound, urinalysis, and repeat bloodwork. If you dog is still acting abnormally, then have him evaluated by your emergency clinician tonight.
