Why is my spayed pug's nipple swollen and purple? Should I worry?

Pet's info: Dog | Pug | Female | spayed | 7 years and 6 months old | 18 lbs

My pug had some swelling around one of her nipples popped up over the past two days. It is a little swollen but not much and looks like it's a faint purple color. She is not acting different and it does not seem to hurt her. She is also spayed.

Hi there. It looks like the area you have circled for Lucy is a bruise. She may have injured herself or been scratching at that area.
