My unvaccinated puppy chewed a street ball. Could she get sick?

My two month old Golden retriever, that hasn’t yet been given all of her vaccines, grabbed a ball that my cousin found on the street. By the time she bit the ball, I hadn’t washed it yet. Is my puppy likely to have been infected by something? Pet's info: Dog | Golden Retriever | Female | 2 months and 17 days old | 15 lbs
