Why is my dog calm, low energy, and vomiting after pet sitting?

Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Male | 19 lbs

Chewys energy level has gone down he is being so calm idk why this is not normal for him. He was at a pet sitters for about 5 days then I got him back and he’s so calm. The night after I got him back he was trowing up yellow puke, and this morning. But he as stopped. I just don’t know why his energy is so low it’s super scary.

Hi there and thanks for your post. Vomiting along with decreased energy does sound concerning. There are many health problems that could be a potential cause here that will need to be explored with Chewy's veterinarian. I would recommend taking Chewy into see his veterinarian as soon as possible. Bacterial or viral infections, pancreatitis, kidney or liver disease, gastrointestinal obstructions, among other causes are all possibilities. Your veterinarian will do an exam along with testing his stool and running some blood work or taking a few x-rays if needed to help determine a cause.
