Why is my dog not eating, vomiting, shivering, and has a chest lump?

My dog is refusing any type of food, drinking water and vomiting for sure at least once a day. He has the shakes sometimes too but nothing uncontrollable, like shivers. He does have a lump in his chest that is smooshy. He will sleep and drink water but not a lot of water. He is still going to the bathroom (no diarrhea) and is not secluding himself from us or other dogs. Pet's info: Dog | Shih Tzu | Male | neutered | 12 years and 11 months old | 20 lbs

Sweet Pea sounds very ill, and he needs to see a vet today. It's very serious that he is refusing to eat, vomiting at least once a day, and shivers (he may have a fever). This lump on his chest could be a lipoma, but it could be something more serious such as a malignant tumor. When a senior dog is vomiting and not drinking a lot of water, they can quickly get dehydrated. I would take him into a vet now to diagnose the cause of his symptoms so he can be treated.
