My kitten has black skin looking patches over its eyes. How can i help or what is it?

Hi and thanks for posting on Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach! The pictures you sent were a little bit blurry, but the areas where her eyes should be appear very abnormal. It is unclear as to what exactly is going on with the pictures alone. The black covering her eyes could be a thick later of dried ocular discharge from a severe viral eye infection or could be a mass, tumor, or other infection of the eye. I would recommend your kitten see a veterinarian as soon as possible so they can take a closer look here to see what exactly is going on. A good exam with a veterinarian should be able to determine what the cause is. I hope this helps and thanks for posting!
