Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Medium (23 - 60lb) | Female | unspayed | 4 months and 24 days old | 10 lbs
So I have asked this, and it was recommended that I see a vet, this is not possible at this time (it's late at night and she's not in pain) but will be organising to see a vet if no improvement, my 4 month old puppy lost one of her canines, she has been bleeding for hours. It seems to be clotting (clumps of blood), but keeps opening and bleeding again, it's been better today but is there any way at all we can ease the bleeding until it heals on its own or we see a vet?

Hi there and thank you for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach to address your concern. If you are able to apply something cold to that area it will help slow the bleeding down. I would recommend a cold pack for 10 to 15 minutes 2 to 3 times per day until resolved. I would also feed only soft food. I hope this helps guide you in the right direction! Please let me know if you have any other questions or concerns and I would be more than happy to help you further.
