My cat ate tin foil, still vomiting yellow liquid. Is this serious?

my cat ate cheese tin foil and keep vomiting he throw up the big piece of it yet he still vomiting white and yellow liquid and all the food he ate

Unfortunately there is nothing you can do back home and he needs to be seen by your veterinarian as soon as possible as this type of foreign body can cause chronic inflammation and sit down in the gastrointestinal system for long time if not removed appropriately.
