My 3-month-old kittens are active, but vomited once. Are they healthy?

I need to know if my 2 female kittens looks healthy. they are 3 months .. started teething.. they are so active.. play all the time.. eat sardine, tuna, boiled chicken and sometimes Me-o food. their weight when they were 7 weeks were 8 gm... about 176. they just puked only one time without any reason... they are always clean.. they are indoor all the time. Pet's info: Cat | Egyptian Mau | Female | 2 months and 27 days old
