My cat came home sick, vomiting, and won't eat. What should I do?

Hello, my 2 years old cat went out as he usually does but didn't come back till the morning,he came back dirty ,and then vomited only once till now,the vomit was yellow liquid and now hee is tired ,refuses to eat ,keeps looking at the blank I'm so scared i don't know what happened to hum or what can i do? Poor Boboom! I would be afraid that he was injured while he was out, either by an animal or possibly a car. It's very concerning the symptoms you are describing, and I think the best thing for him is to take him into a vet immediately. Please take him into an ER vet clinic; if there isn't one in your area, there will be a vet on call for emergencies. The information to reach that vet is found on a clinic's answering machine or website. Best of luck.
