Hi. Here are more pictures of Ocean. Are these photos better? We really can’t afford an avian vet but love Ocean very much. Is there anything we can do at home for him to get better? Thank you so much for your help. Pet's info: Bird | Unknown - Bird | Male

The only thing you can do at home is carefully remove the brown stuff on the cere and put a bit of oily lotion on it. Everything else, ie the exam to look for an underlying cause can only be done by a veterinarian. An avian vet is not more expensive than a dog or cat vet.
